Healthy Habit
Garden Tour
Mt. Washington Healthy Habitat Garden Tour:
The tour starts at the Mt. Washington Arboretum, Sunday 9/26 from 1-4 p.m.
Join our community in a great garden tryst of seven unique gardens. Master Gardeners will be on hand to educate and answer questions. We are excited to share knowledge with our community community on the need to plant native fauna and attract pollinators and wildlife. This is a child friendly event with children’s activities. To encourage and empower community habitat, two native plants will be given to the first 50 registrants. Covid rules apply. This is sponsored by a generous grant from Lifebridge Health and the Mt. Washington Improvement Association.

Baltimore Breathwork
Baltimore Breathwork is a great healing practice that utilizes breathing exercises to improve mental, physical, and spiritual health. Practiced in this natural environment at the Arboretum lends to a closeness to the earth and stirs the nature inside of us. Many feelings, emotions, and possible insights are expressed to be experienced. Each week has its own unique theme for deepening and healing purposes. On 7/15 we recalled our inner child and gave love to that self that still resides inside of us. Truly moving and a great connection with nature, our selves and our community. Come join us at 7:15 at the Arboretum for Breathworks!
